Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in precision components, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Machine Operator
**Location:** Lawrenceville, GA
**Pay Range: $21.00/hourly**
**Shift: 2nd Shift 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM**
**What's the Job?**
+ Set up specialized bourdon tube forming equipment to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
+ Read BOMs and configure machines for production runs based on parts, tooling, and specifications.
+ Monitor machine operation, verify accuracy, and detect malfunctions using precision measuring devices.
+ Solder assemblies for quality inspection and ensure conformance to specifications.
+ Perform job changeovers, troubleshoot issues, and assist in developing training methods.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.
+ At least 5 years’ experience working with specialized manufacturing equipment.
+ Manual dexterity for machine setup, adjustment, and operation.
+ Knowledge of machines, tools, and maintenance procedures.
+ Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
