Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and metal fabrication, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the industrial department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay Range:

Shift: 3pm - finish Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Set up, program, and operate various machinery including mortise, roll former, and de-coil machines Perform quality checks and log results to ensure product accuracy Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Utilize manual tools such as tape measures, wrenches, and gauges Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency

What's Needed?

Minimum of 2 year of experience operating industrial machinery Proficiency with measuring tools, including tape measures at 1/16” scale Basic understanding of blueprint reading and interpretation Ability to perform quality checks and log data accurately Willingness to learn and adapt to new equipment and processes
