Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range:

Shift: All shifts available; AM and PM, 8, 10, 12 hours shifts

What's the Job?

Run assigned machinery and make basic adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency Perform quality inspections to meet customer specifications and deadlines Set up and operate machinery, including general maintenance and troubleshooting Assist with packaging, labeling, opening rolls, splicing, and roll tending Utilize ERP systems and interpret job tickets for production accuracy

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Ability to read and understand internal and external job tickets Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment Strong attention to detail and quality control skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
