Machine Operator - 21/hr!

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our dynamic team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate basic screen printers, including setting screens, checking screen alignment, filling the powder unit, loading and unloading sheets, and inspecting sheets as they progress through the machine.Clean machines by vacuuming, removing screens, and wiping surfaces.Operate the LasX machine using computer programs, load sheets, visually inspect using a ruler, and adjust parameters (x-axis, y-axis, rotation) when necessary.Standardize designs and make adjustments to the program as required.Set up and operate the Sakurai machine, adjusting screens, loading inks and powders, and placing air connectors, brackets, and rollers correctly.Troubleshoot issues by adjusting ink levels, tool placements, and machine speeds using the HMI.

Work Environment

Work in a plant environment that is warmer but not excessively hot. Safety is a priority, requiring the use of safety shoes, ear protection, and eye protection. The role involves mostly seated work, but standing for extended periods is also required. Employees can listen to music with headphones, although phones are not allowed in production areas. The position is for the 3rd shift, running from 12am to 7pm, with a shift differential applied.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
