**IMMEDIATLEY HIRING FOR MACHINE OPERATORS IN DELMONT PA!** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated and skilled machine operators to join our team across all three shifts: 8 AM to 4 PM, 4 PM to 12 AM, and 12 AM to 8 AM. This role requires candidates to work five days a week, including mandatory shifts on Saturday and Sunday, with days off typically falling on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Initially, other roles may work Monday through Friday but will transition to include one weekend day. **Responsibilities** + Perform tool changes, die cleaning as needed, and grade own rejects. + Stack profiles on carts or bundle in boxes, ensuring profiles are properly stacked or packaged. + Verify piece count for carts and boxes. + Monitor extrusion rate and profile configuration. + Maintain a supply of compound staged at the machine. + Assist in moving carts when necessary. + Responsible for cleaning profiles as needed. + Work in the tool honing department, cleaning and refinishing used tooling for reuse or repair. **Essential Skills** + Strong attendance record. + Mechanical inclination with a preference for industrial or manufacturing experience. + Ability to work on feet for the entire shift. + Flexibility to work multiple shift times. + Effective verbal and written communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in machine operation, production, and general labor. + Familiarity with hand tools, assembly, and inspection processes. + Ability to read, write, and understand English. + Proficiency in basic math functions. + Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. + High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a three-month contract-to-hire opportunity with significant potential for advancement.
