Responsibilities
Operate food mixing, blending, and packaging machinery to support a food manufacturing facility.Set up and troubleshoot packaging machines and lines, including performing changeovers.Diagnose machine problems, replace or repair parts, and make necessary adjustments.Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standards.Regulate machine flow or speed to maintain production standards.Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.Essential Skills
3+ years of mixing, blending, and/or packaging machine operator experience.familiar with GMP standards.Ability to complete changeovers on machinery.Ability to lift 50 lbs (if in a blending role).Work Environment
The work environment is clean and has a pleasant coffee and bakery aroma. It is a GMP environment with gravity-fed high-speed packaging equipment, primarily handling dry goods like powders. The facility is well-lit with ample space, and there are plans for expansion.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
