Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Trimmer to join our team, utilizing hand routers, trimmers, drills, and fixtures to efficiently trim and assemble roto-molded slides. You will be responsible for packing finished slides in boxes ready for shipping, as well as tracking production output, product quality, and scrapped parts. Daily communication with the Roto Technicians is essential. You will also have the opportunity to recommend improvements to our production processes for enhanced time management and quality work habits. Experience with hand tools and power tools is required.
Responsibilities
Use hand routers, trimmers, drills, and fixtures to trim and assemble roto molded slides.Pack finished slides in boxes in preparation for shipping to customers.Track production output, product quality, and scrapped parts, and communicate to the Roto Technicians daily.Offer recommendations to improve production processes for better time management and quality work habits.Essential Skills
Experience with hand tools and power tools.Mechanical aptitude.Ability to use a tape measure.Ability to perform heavy lifting.Computer skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience with trimming molded plastic parts preferred.Previous experience with operating molding equipment is desirable.Quality control experience is desirable.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
