**Now Hiring: Cleanroom Assembly Technician (1st Shift)** **Shift:** 1st Shift (5x8 Days) **Pay:** **$24.75/hr** **Bonus:** Earn **up to $3,000** in the Bonus Program + $1,000 at 30 days + $1,000 at 60 days + $1,000 at 90 days **Position Overview** We’re seeking a **Cleanroom Assembly Technician** to join our team. In this role, you will assemble and inspect products to ensure the highest quality for our customers. You will operate equipment, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This job requires working in a cleanroom environment while wearing full PPE and the ability to use a microscope for extended periods. If you have strong attention to detail, dexterity, and manufacturing experience, this could be a great fit. **Key Responsibilities** + Operate assigned production equipment + Assemble and test components following engineering drawings and work instructions + Inspect parts using a microscope and ensure product quality + Maintain clean and safe work area + Record and report production data + Participate in continuous improvement activities + Set up and change over equipment as needed **Requirements** **Must Have:** + Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing) + Basic computer literacy + Ability to work in a cleanroom environment + Ability to use a microscope for long periods + Strong coordination and manual dexterity + **1+ years of recent manufacturing experience** (2–3 years preferred, within the past 5 years) + Must be a **U.S. Person** (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status under asylum/refugee laws) **We Value:** + Experience using precision hand tools + Ability to read blueprints or travelers + Strong troubleshooting skills + Clear communication + Ability to work independently and as part of a team If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
