**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Schedule**
**Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM** .
**Overview**
We are seeking a reliable and skilled **Machine Operator** to join our growing production team. In this role, you will operate a variety of machines—including laminators, re-winders, and roller equipment—to process paper materials safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on quality. **Key Responsibilities**
+ Operate machinery that cuts, laminates, rewinds, and layers paper products.
+ Monitor, record, and adjust machine settings to ensure proper running conditions.
+ Verify materials meet required specifications.
+ Set up, maintain, and care for tooling and equipment for woven materials.
+ Keep accurate documentation of daily operations.
+ Assist fellow operators and support various machine operations as needed.
+ Inspect materials for quality and report defects.
+ Pack, label, and prepare finished goods for shipping.
+ Maintain clean and organized work areas.
+ Follow all safety policies and procedures.
**Required Skills & Experience**
+ Minimum **1 year of experience** in a production or manufacturing environment.
+ Able to work effectively in a **fast-paced, team‑oriented setting** .
+ Ability to lift **20–30 lbs** repeatedly throughout the day.
+ Comfortable using a **tape measure** and weighing packages.
+ Basic math skills.
**Additional Qualifications**
+ **Forklift experience required** .
+ Ability to read and follow work orders.
+ Basic troubleshooting and mechanical problem‑solving skills.
+ Team‑oriented with a willingness to help in multiple areas.
+ Basic computer literacy (similar to operating a smartphone).

**Work Environment**
Temperatures vary by season — cooler in winter, warmer in summer. The environment is collaborative and safety‑focused, with supportive team members and hands‑on leadership.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, PA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
