You’ll work from blueprints and shop packets to ensure each part meets exact specifications. This role is hands-on and detail-oriented, with opportunities to learn multiple processes across the department.ResponsibilitiesRead blueprints and shop packets to understand machining specifications and tooling requirementsPerform machine setup, including mounting fixtures, adjusting speeds/feeds, tools, stops, and coolantOperate machines to drill, grind, ream, countersink, spot face, and tap metal partsInspect parts at defined quality intervals and document results per fabrication proceduresMaintain a clean, organized work area while following quality, production, and 5S standardsQualifications and RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent training/experienceAbility to read basic instructions, blueprints, and perform required documentationStrong attention to quality, safety, and production goalsWillingness to learn additional jobs within the department and work overtime as neededBasic math skills including fractions and decimalsBenefits and PerksPay Rate: $19/hour with weekly payMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceTraining and Growth Opportunities within a stable manufacturing environmentYour New OrganizationYou’ll be joining a well-established manufacturing organization with a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
