Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a CNC Machine Operator on the 3rd shift, where you will play a crucial role in crafting high-quality metal parts for diverse industries worldwide. This position involves operating CNC machines and machining centers, primarily working with Mazaks, to produce parts efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines and machining centers to produce a variety of small to large parts with minimal scrap.Achieve production targets and record minimum indirect labor hours.Review drawings, instructions, blueprints, or samples to ensure accurate production.Plan the proper sequence of tasks to complete assignments efficiently.Inspect parts using different gauges and quality plans to ensure quality assurance.Document completed labor and quality checks, and report errors and defects as required.Identify the need for machine/tool maintenance and perform minor repairs.Learn and perform machine set-up using provided documentation and organize necessary equipment.Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Work Environment

Overtime is not mandatory, there is plenty available, with some employees working over 50 hours. The shop is well-lit but may be on the dirtier side, reflecting a busy environment with work orders set through 2025.

This is a Permanent position based out of Ixonia, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
