Machine Operator/General Laborer – Now Hiring

Join a growing production team as a Machine Operator, where you’ll play an essential role in keeping manufacturing running smoothly and efficiently. We’re looking for dependable individuals who are detail‑oriented, safety‑focused, and motivated to learn and grow. Full training is provided.

Shift InformationTraining: 1st shift for 2–4 monthsPermanent Shift: Transition to 2nd shift after training. 3:30pm-2:15am M-ThFlexible Option: Candidates with limited 1st‑shift availability may be fast‑tracked to 2nd shift if qualifiedKey ResponsibilitiesSet up machines for production, including calibration and cleaningAdjust and control machine settings (speed, feeds, etc.)Load raw materials or parts into machinesInspect parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)Conduct periodic machine tests to verify functionTroubleshoot and resolve production issuesInspect output for defects or machine errorsMaintain accurate records of production, defects, and activity logsEssential Skills & Experience6+ months experience with punch press and CNC machinesProven experience as a machine operatorComfortable working with high‑speed machineryAbility to use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)Understanding of production processes and safety protocolsStrong attention to detail and communication skillsPhysical stamina to stand, lift, and move throughout the shiftHigh school diploma or equivalentPreferred SkillsAbility to read blueprintsTape measure proficiencyExperience with:Press brakeShear/brake pressExpander machinesFamiliarity with hand and power toolsWork EnvironmentManufacturing environment not climate-controlledBay doors open during summer; fans run continuouslyClean facility with some louder areasAll PPE provided (ear and eye protection)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waconia, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.92 - $23.92/hr.
