We are seeking dedicated machine operators to join our team. This role offers comprehensive training, regular check-ins with production managers, and collaboration with our engineering team to ensure your success.
ResponsibilitiesWork from work orders and learn the processes of each customer to meet KPIs.Use micrometers and calipers to ensure product quality.Perform minor preventive maintenance on machinery, including oiling.Utilize a computer to track raw material usage.Inspect pieces for defects and unusual conditions.Essential SkillsProficiency in production, assembly, and general production techniques.Experience using hand tools and reading blueprints.Ability to pack materials efficiently.Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and frequent mobility.Strong knowledge of mathematics, including decimals and fractions.Comfortable operating multiple machines simultaneously.Experience in manufacturing or a mechanically inclined position is preferred.Proficiency in computer use, machine operation, inspection, and troubleshooting.Additional Skills & QualificationsOpen-minded approach to learning new skills.Willingness to be trained on our specific machinery.Stable work history is preferred.Why Work Here?We offer a wellness program with rewards for healthy lifestyles, including gym memberships and apple watches. Work EnvironmentOur facility is well-lit and equipped with newer machinery. It comprises seven departments, each handling different production processes, fostering a diverse culture. Some areas may have higher noise levels, but it ensures an engaging and dynamic work environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.58 - $21.58/hr.
