Our client, a leader in manufacturing and warehouse operations, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the warehouse support team, contributing to efficient pallet production and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Henderson, CO

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Monday - Friday 7AM - 3:30PM, with occasional Saturday hours depending on workload

What's the Job?

Operate power saws to cut, slot, and trim wooden pallets accurately and efficiently Set up and adjust machinery to meet production specifications Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and productivity Follow all safety rules and regulations, including the use of PPE such as eye protection, ear protection, and safety shoes Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow

What's Needed?

Ability to work in extreme conditions, including heat, cold, and exposure to airborne particulates Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly and work on your feet for extended periods Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production goals Previous experience in warehouse, lumber, carpentry, roofing, landscaping, logistics, or construction is encouraged
