**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a diligent and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for operating various machines to produce quality products while ensuring adherence to safety guidelines. **Responsibilities** + Work safely under functional safety guidelines, including the use of PPE and proper equipment interaction. + Perform basic operation of equipment to produce products that meet quality standards. + Set up and operate forming, deburring, and heading machines to create sleeves or other products. + Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments; stop machines when problems occur. + Maintain a clean and orderly workstation by performing housekeeping tasks and basic machine upkeep. + Perform additional tasks such as lubing, bluecoat, gritblast, sleeve washing, or packaging as needed. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and write English. + Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints, and procedure manuals. + Math skills to solve problems. + At least 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and training. + Knowledge of shop practices and procedures, ability to read blueprints, and ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with bellcoat/thermal epoxy application. + Entry-level machine operation experience. + General production and inspection skills. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where you can participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, receive 120 hours of paid time off annually, and enjoy 10 paid holidays. The position operates on a swing shift from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, with potential training on a Monday through Friday schedule from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. A hairless face is required for proper respirator fit. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tukwila, WA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
