What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator:
Operate and monitor production equipment efficiently and safely
Load equipment repeatedly with raw materials
Perform multiple tasks simultaneously on various machine operations
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness during each shift
Assist Maintenance with troubleshooting and equipment diagnosis
Complete hourly paperwork and production logs accurately
Support QA/QC Technicians with samples and documentation
Participate in pre-shift meetings and promote a safe work environment
Identify non-conforming materials and report to the Line Supervisor/Lead
Follow all company policies, including GMP and PPE standards
High School Diploma or GED (or related work experience)
Basic math, typing, and writing skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to lift 25 lbs repeatedly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Willingness to cross-train on multiple machines and processes
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
