This role involves hands-on machine operation, monitoring, and maintenance to meet production quality and schedule requirements within a collaborative team environment. Primary Duties + Carefully learn, understand, and comply with comprehensive, detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and quality in production processes. + Operate surface mount machines by precisely loading components, overseeing machine functionality, and ensuring continuous operation with minimal downtime. + Perform basic troubleshooting to quickly identify and resolve machine-related issues, minimizing disruptions to the production line. + Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, including production logs, machine settings, and maintenance records to support traceability and process improvement initiatives. + Conduct counts and quality checks of finished goods and supplies to verify production outputs and report discrepancies as needed. + Actively participate in ongoing team activities aimed at improving operational efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety through continuous improvement efforts. + Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support production goals, communicate machine status, and contribute to problem-solving activities. + Adhere strictly to workplace safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe and productive working environment for all team members.
