This position involves overseeing the entire production line, ensuring that goods are produced and packaged accurately and in accordance with specifications. The role requires collaboration with team members to maintain efficient operations and uphold quality standards.

ResponsibilitiesTake overall responsibility for the production line from production to packaging.Ensure goods are produced and packaged in correct quantities and meet agreed specifications.Accurately record goods produced and any problems encountered during the shift.Ensure products meet all quality specifications.Assist Machine Operator II/Supervisor and Mold Change Team with mold and color changes as needed.Work collaboratively in a team to ensure efficiency.Maintain good housekeeping within the department.Essential SkillsExperience in machine operation.Ability to perform set-ups and changeovers.Reliability and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with machine operations.Why Work Here?
