Shift Options & Pay:
1st Shift (6:00am – 2:30pm): $20/hr2nd Shift (2:00pm – 10:30pm): $21.50/hrPosition Overview:
We are looking for committed Machine Operators to join our production team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in manufacturing high‑quality stainless‑steel banding and fastening solutions. Responsibilities include operating Band-It forming and cutting equipment, monitoring production runs, performing in‑process quality inspections, and ensuring all finished bands and components meet performance and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery to manufacture stainless steel clamps (up to 2 machines at a time)Feed raw materials into machines and monitor outputConduct quality checks and report any defects or breakdownsMake minor mechanical adjustments to machines as neededPackage and label finished productsSelect appropriate tools and parts for daily machine setupRequirements:
Minimum 6 months in a manufacturing/production environmentComfortable standing in one place for extended periodsAbility to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detailReliable and punctual with a strong work ethicWhy Join Us?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
