Vibe Machine Operator-2nd Shift-$19.25/hr Understand VIBE operation process and follow VIBE work instructions and production schedule Check/unload parts to and from dunk tank and to cart/plate Replace rust preventative solution Perform hourly safety and quality checks Examine parts for acceptability Cleanup and 5S of area as needed Assist in other cells as requested by leadershipWho You Are Previous work in a manufacturing environment preferred Ability to read, write and comprehend basic work instructions, short correspondence and memos Mathematical aptitude and ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure including whole numbers, common fractions and decimals Comfortable to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands lift and/or move 10 lbs regularly and up to 33 lbs occasional Use of vision including peripheral, color, distance, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Comfortability in exposure to moving mechanical parts, strong fumes, loud noises and occasional extreme temperatures
