**Machine Operator** **Pay: $22/Hour** **Location: Tukwilla, WA** **Shift: 3:30PM-12:00AM** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will work safely under functional safety guidelines and perform basic equipment operations to meet production rates and quality standards. **Responsibilities** + Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction. + Perform basic operations of equipment to produce to rate and meet quality standards. + Set up and operate forming, deburring, and heading machines to create sleeves or other products. + Monitor machine operations to determine whether adjustments are necessary and stop machines when problems occur. + Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and orderly workstation and perform basic machine upkeep. + Perform tasks such as lubing, bluecoat, gritblast, sleeve washing, or packaging as needed. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and write English. + Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints, and procedure manuals. + Ability to use math skills to solve problems. + At least 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training. + Knowledge of shop practices and procedures, ability to read blueprints, and use of hand tools and measuring instruments. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with bellcoat/thermal epoxy application. + Experience with machine operation, part marking, warehouse production, general production, and inspection. **Why Work Here?** This role offers the opportunity to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, based on performance. A hairless face is required for proper respirator fit. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tukwila, WA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
