Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

You will begin this role as a general production worker, where you will be introduced to a variety of different machinery and work as an assistant for a 6-month period. In this role, you are expected to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Operate and assist with various machinery.Participate actively as part of a team in production tasks.Assist with assembly and packaging duties as needed.Ensure adherence to safety standards during machine operation.

Essential Skills

Experience in machine operation.Ability to read a ruler accurately.Capability to assist in various tasks as needed.Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with press machinery is a plus.

Work Environment

The role requires working in a production environment with a focus on collaboration and safety. Dress code should be appropriate for a manufacturing setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westfield, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.31 - $24.00/hr.
