**Machine Operator** **3rd Shift | Naperville, IL** **Overview** We are seeking an experience Machine Operator for our position in the SMT department. The role involves cutting sheets of film for the SMT Department using a machine that is pre-set for operation. The machine operator will place one sheet at a time, activate the machine to stamp cuts into the plastic, remove the sheet, inspect it, and then continue with the next sheet. While the job is fast-paced, maintaining quality is paramount. Over time, machine operators will be trained to operate a laser cutting machine for more intricate and complex cuts. The typical schedule after training will be 10PM - 6:30AM Sunday-Thursday.
