Machine Operator – Warwick, RI

Pay: $20.48 – $24.00/hour (based on experience)

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Join a leading manufacturer of metal joining products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for safely operating and monitoring production machinery, ensuring quality standards, and supporting efficient workflow throughout the plant.

Responsibilities:Set up, and operate assigned machines safely and follow all proceduresPrioritize tasks based on production schedules and supervisor inputAccurately follow work instructions and process sheetsPerform precise measurements using micrometers, calipers, rulers, and scalesRecord process data and maintain product traceabilityConduct visual inspections to identify defectsPerform light maintenance and troubleshooting on equipmentUse hand tools and hoists for material handlingLift up to 50 lbs regularly and maneuver heavier loads with hoistsCross-train and operate additional machines as neededOvertime may be requiredQualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredPrevious manufacturing experience preferredMechanical aptitude and basic math skillsAbility to read and interpret routings and shop orders
