Maintain and repair looms as and when required to the approved maintenance standard. Train and develop technical skills within the production environment ensuring all personnel achieve the best possible production targets. Work with Facilities Manager to ensure that production plan targets are met. Work with Health & Safety and Quality personnel to ensure the effective performance of the quality system. Ensure effective communication of maintenance schedules and breakdowns with production technician and advise of any trends in breakdown of looms. **Responsibilities** + Set up and monitor looms to ensure fabric quality and performance. + Maintain and repair looms according to maintenance standards. + Train and develop technical skills within the production team. + Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to meet production targets. + Ensure quality system effectiveness with Health & Safety and Quality teams. + Communicate maintenance schedules and breakdown trends with production technicians. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operating and inspection. + Proficiency in machine setup and quality inspection. + Experience with computer control systems, including CNC. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working in a production environment or with machines or stitching is a plus. + Associate Degree preferred. + Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills required. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company offering a direct hire position with above-average starting pay.
