This is a great opportunity for individuals with machine operation and warehouse experience who are looking to grow in a supportive and professional environment. **Position Summary** The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating various saws (vertical and horizontal), interpreting work orders, selecting appropriate materials, and ensuring accurate processing of components. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Key Responsibilities** + Operate vertical and horizontal saws to cut materials according to specifications + Read and interpret work orders and tooling instructions to determine dimensions and cutting sequences + Install and align blades and fixtures using gauges, templates, and hand tools + Adjust machine settings for optimal speed, depth, and feed rate + Perform in-process inspections in accordance with AS 9100 quality standards + Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment + Handle materials and complete documentation for work orders + Restock and label materials for identification and future processing + Follow all safety and quality protocols + Perform other duties as assigned **Required Qualifications** + Minimum 1 year of experience in machine operation + Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience + Proficient in material handling and saw operation + Ability to read and follow written instructions + Basic math and measurement skills + Computer literacy and familiarity with software tools + Strong time management and multitasking skills **Preferred Qualifications** + 0–5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education + High school diploma or GED + Experience operating overhead cranes and working in warehouse environments + Manual dexterity and coordination for precise machine operation + Ability to make sound decisions and collaborate effectively + Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly **Benefits** + Competitive medical, dental, and vision coverage + Steel-toed boot stipend after 90 days + Supportive work culture focused on safety and career development **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
