**Job Title: Machine Operator** Job Description We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator with experience in machine operating and blueprint reading. The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing experience and be able to efficiently adjust machines to ensure quality and quantity output. Responsibilities + Adjust machines accordingly for quality and quantity. + Change machine oils, coolant, and filters. + Operate multiple machines simultaneously. + Glue smaller magnets into larger magnets and slice them to meet customer specifications. + Perform ordinary setups and operate various machine tools for general machining, assembly, and hand operations. + Construct, alter, and repair ordinary patterns, tools, fixtures, and equipment. Essential Skills + Experienced in machine operating. + Ability to read blueprints. + Prior manufacturing experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with grinding. + Proficiency in CNC Mill and CNC Lathe operations. + Ability to assist higher-grade machinists in tooling operations. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment offers shift flexibility with openings on both 1st and 2nd shifts. The 1st shift runs from 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, and 5:30 AM to 9:30 AM on Fridays. The 2nd shift operates from 2:45 PM to 12:15 AM, Monday to Thursday, and 2:45 PM to 6:45 PM on Fridays. Employees may be exposed to industrial oils, toner, coolants, solvents, lubricants, adhesives, and other chemicals, with all safety precautions in place. The environment is climate-controlled but may include areas with excessive noise. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, New York. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $23.00/hr.
