**Job Title: Router Operator** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Router Operator for our day shift, with potential earnings ranging from $23 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This role offers room for growth and includes training in blueprint reading through the CAD program. The day shift operates from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Spanish speakers are also welcomed . Responsibilities + Construct various wooden pallets, crates, and storage units for shipping and manufacturing clients. + Work at different stations, cutting lumber using band saws, table saws, or circular saws. + Assemble products using heavy nail guns that shoot 2-inch nails. + Accurately read and use a tape measure for precise measurements. + Collaborate with team members in small groups or work independently. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. + Experience with heavy nail guns, pneumatic drills, and saws preferred. + Strong work ethic and positive attitude. + Willingness to work overtime when necessary. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
