**Job Title: Machine Operator**
Job Description
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for performing machine operations and integrations according to the production schedule. You will provide effective training to other Machine Operators and personnel, ensuring that safety and quality standards are upheld.
Responsibilities
+ Read and interpret drawings and conduct visual inspections of sheet metal products.
+ Engage in cross-training to enhance team effectiveness.
+ Participate in resolving production challenges and making process decisions.
+ Assist in selecting and setting up specialized equipment.
+ Perform a wide range of troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
+ Set up, calibrate, and conduct preventative maintenance on equipment.
+ Operate Press Brake equipment, CNC punch press, Fiber Optic lasers, and Haeger Pem Machines.
+ Adhere to audit and safety guidelines.
Essential Skills
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Minimum of three to six months of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
+ Background in precision mechanical operation and low-volume, complex manufacturing processes preferred.
+ Experience in lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement is a plus.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Proven track record in successfully working in a team of 8-10 colleagues.
+ Ability to work in a cleanroom environment using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
+ Ability to read tape measures, calipers, or other measuring devices.
+ Experience with Windows-based and MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
+ Ability to analyze and solve problems independently and collaboratively.
+ Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
+ Ability to lift 35 lbs.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, successful in partnering with colleagues of differing cultural, language, and educational backgrounds.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.37 - $21.37/hr.
