We are currently seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our team. This role offers extensive training, regular check-ins with your production manager to review manufacturing checklists, and collaboration with the engineering team to ensure your success.
ResponsibilitiesWork off of work orders, learn processes for each individual customer, and ensure KPI's are met.Use micrometers and calipers to ensure products meet quality standards.Perform minor preventative maintenance work on machinery, including oiling.Utilize a computer to track raw material usage.Inspect pieces for defects and any unusual conditions.
Essential SkillsProduction, Assembly, General production, Hand tool, Blueprint, PackingFrequent mobility and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Knowledge of mathematics, including decimals, fractions, and measurements.Comfortable operating multiple machines simultaneously.Experience in manufacturing or a mechanically inclined position preferred.Proficient in computer use, machine operation, inspection, and troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & QualificationsCandidates should have a stable work history.Must have an open-minded approach to learning new skills.Willingness to be trained on our machinery.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.58 - $21.58/hr.
