As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for managing the safe manufacturing of metal E Rings. This role involves utilizing standard measuring devices and gauges, as well as safely operating all manufacturing equipment involved in the process.
ResponsibilitiesManufacture metal E-Rings according to the provided documentation and procedures.Safely operate Planish Press, Belt Sander, Roll Form Machines, Polish Equipment, and Hydraulic Presses to manufacture completed parts.Read and interpret work instructions.Communicate with others on work order status and completion of work.Perform assembly and inspection tasks.
Essential SkillsExperience as a Machine Operator, Assembler, or in inspection roles.Mechanically inclined with supervisory experience.Proficiency in computer skills.Ability to read and write in English.
Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma.Basic math skills.Must be able to lift 25 pounds.Ability to work in a team environment.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
E Ring Associates collaborate with other E Ring Associates, Manufacturing Leads, and Manufacturing Support. The role involves standing and walking frequently, operating machines, measuring devices, and computers. Specific vision abilities required include close vision. Regular attendance and the ability to work cooperatively and professionally with others are expected. The work schedule offers three shifts: 1st shift from 7 AM to 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday) with potential for overtime, 2nd shift from 3 PM to 12 AM (Monday to Thursday) and 3 PM to 7 PM on Friday, and 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7 AM (Sunday to Thursday).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
