Join our team as a Machine Operator where you will be responsible for loading machined components into CNC machines. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions, and the use of basic inspection gauges to assist inspectors. Training will be provided.

Work Environment
Work the 1st shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm, with a standard 40-hour workweek. Be prepared to work overtime as needed. This is a family-owned business established in 1987, located in a 130,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility on 10 acres in Union, Illinois, approximately 50 miles west of Chicago. We have about 140 employees running three shifts, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The facility is equipped with over 90 pieces of manufacturing equipment, including Matsuura and Makino Vertical & Horizontal Machining Centers, and employs flexible machining systems for efficient production. We serve a variety of markets including Hydraulics, Agriculture, and Defense and are ITAR Compliant and a registered Department of Defense contractor.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
