Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Summary:

The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating proceduresPerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performanceInspect finished products for quality and adherence to specificationsRecord production data and maintain accurate logsFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environmentCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role preferredAbility to read and interpret technical documents and measurementsBasic mechanical skills and understanding of machine operationsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to [X] lbs

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $56160.00/yr.
