**Job Title: Drying Machine Operator $18-$19hr**
Job Description
As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process by operating drying machines, preparing and weighing raw materials, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of the production line. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and performing routine checks to ensure everything is functioning smoothly.
Responsibilities
+ Operate the drying machine efficiently, including preparing and weighing raw materials and loading them into the machine.
+ Monitor the operation status throughout, checking for vibration and amperage issues.
+ Scrape powder residue from the machine, load powder, seal and load drums onto pallets, potentially handling up to four lots per day.
+ Perform Limit of Detection (LOD) measurements and wrap pallets for storage.
+ Complete all necessary documentation accurately.
+ Clean machinery, equipment, drums, and floors regularly.
+ Monitor machine cycle times and performance, conducting routine quality checks to ensure product meets quality specifications.
+ Use gauges, weight scales, and calipers to collect product specifications.
+ Accurately read process procedures and protocols, and record data efficiently.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with machine operation, including batching and process operation in a cleanroom environment.
+ Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
+ Proficiency with computer skills for documentation and batch recording.
+ Ability to accurately read and comprehend process procedures and protocols.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions.
+ Basic arithmetic skills, including the ability to add, subtract, and divide using weight, measurement, and volume.
+ Experience in setting up, tearing down, and performing light maintenance on machines.
+ Capability to lift up to 50 lbs., with assistance for heavier loads.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
