Machine Operator
Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our CNC shop team. The role involves operating machinery by pushing buttons and monitoring machines during their operation. Troubleshooting, setup, or programming is not required. Your primary task will be to ensure the smooth running of the machines and to call over machinists if necessary. Responsibilities + Operate CNC machines by following instructions and pushing buttons. + Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth functioning. + Alert machinists if any issues arise during the operation. + Follow all safety protocols and guidelines. + Assist with general production tasks such as cleaning and mixing. Essential Skills + Experience in manufacturing or machine operation. + Ability to follow instructions and be coachable. + Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications + CNC operating experience is a plus but not required. + Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn. Why Work Here? Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
