Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the roles of Machine Operator across all shifts and a Shipping/Warehouse position. As a Machine Operator, you will load and unload parts on the machine, perform quality checks, and ensure the work area is clean and organized. The role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to use measurement tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Additionally, you will need to reference blueprints to verify part accuracy and perform minor machine adjustments when necessary.

Responsibilities

Load parts onto machinery for production.Conduct quality checks on finished parts.Unload parts from machinery post-production.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.Utilize micrometers, calipers, and gauges for measurement.Refer to blueprints to ensure correct part fabrication.Replace small machine parts as needed.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial work.Proficiency in operating machinery.Basic math skills for addition and subtraction.Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts.Experience with machine operations and setup.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.44/hr.
