Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator who is eager to enhance their skills and transition into a robotic welder role. This position is ideal for individuals with a solid experience in machine operation and a mechanical inclination, looking to grow within a dynamic and evolving environment.
Responsibilities
Operate machinery with precision and efficiency.Perform heavy lifting up to 70 lbs as required.Ensure quality control through inspections and measurements using tools such as hand tools, calipers, and tape measures.Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly.Participate in training to become a certified robotic welder.Essential Skills
A minimum of one year of stable experience in machine operation.Ability to read and understand blueprints.Proficient in using hand tools and inspection equipment such as calipers and tape measures.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with press brake and laser machines is a plus.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work in a loud and non-climate-controlled environment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is loud and non-climate controlled, requiring the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 70 lbs. The position is on the second shift, running from 2:30 PM to midnight. Employees are encouraged to wear appropriate safety gear to ensure a safe working environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Ashland City, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.91 - $22.91/hr.
