Job Description
In this production role, candidates will be operating a punch press in a high-production environment. The job involves repetitive tasks and requires moving sheet metal from a table to the punch and from the press to the table.
Responsibilities
Operate punch press machines efficiently.Handle and move sheet metal between tables and machines.Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain a safe work environment.Participate in routine maintenance of machines and equipment.Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.Essential Skills
6-12+ months of machine operating experience.Strong attention to detail.Dedication to safety in the workplace.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
The work environment is a safe, team-oriented sheet metal shop known for being the safest in the country. The facility is equipped with high-end equipment and offers a structured training program led by a Dunwoody instructor. Employees have the opportunity to participate in a four-year apprenticeship program to become journeyman sheet metal workers. The first shift operates from 5:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blaine, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.00/hr.
