Job Description
Set up machines for production, both within PLC and with mechanical parameters. Diagnose quality issues and find root causes of problems. Make mechanical adjustments to equipment, including conveying systems.
ResponsibilitiesSet up and adjust mechanical printing and forming machines for paper and plastic bags.Troubleshoot quality issues and make necessary changes to equipment to ensure product flows smoothly and the finished product meets standards.Perform maintenance and mechanical adjustments to conveying systems.Essential SkillsExperience in machine operation, especially in mechanical machine operating such as mold press, injection molding, press operating, and CNC.Ability to troubleshoot quality issues and make necessary adjustments.Mechanical aptitude and a problem-solving mindset to identify root causes of issues.Additional Skills & QualificationsA proven track record of being mechanically inclined through interests, hobbies, or previous jobs in maintenance and machine operating.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vancouver, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.25 - $25.25/hr.
