**Now Hiring Machine Operator in Glen Rock, PA** 2nd Shift Opportunities, MUST be able to train on 1st Shift Pay: $24.75/hr Job Description We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join our team within a specialized facility focusing on medical and pharmaceutical-related adhesive products. This role involves working in a clean room environment where candidates will engage in a range of packaging operations and adhere to stringent manufacturing guidelines. Responsibilities + Train on company policies, protocols, and procedures to support the execution of assigned duties. + Perform a wide variety of packaging operations, including primary packaging, secondary packaging, material handling, and cleaning/sanitization. + Conduct in-process sampling, inspection, and testing as directed. + Execute assigned responsibilities according to documented procedures, protocols, planned deviations, and training lessons. + Comply with Pharmaceutical Manufacturing cGMPs consistent with 21-CFR-211 guidelines. + Accurately fill out process-related paperwork and operational documentation. + Seek Technical Operator and/or Supervisory assistance for any uncertainties or unexpected occurrences. Essential Skills + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Ability to understand and comply with pharmaceutical manufacturing cGMPs. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting work orders. + Generic mechanical aptitude. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with machine operation is a plus but not mandatory. + Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team. + Capability to handle minor lifting (10-15 pounds) using a small hand truck. + Willingness to adapt to clean room standards, such as removing jewelry or facial hair.
