**Job Title: Machine Operator**
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to oversee the operation of wiring machines. The ideal candidate will ensure the machines run smoothly and efficiently, addressing any issues promptly by stopping the machine, disassembling parts as necessary, and making adjustments to maintain optimal performance.
Responsibilities
+ Operate wiring machines to ensure smooth production.
+ Monitor machine performance and address any issues that arise.
+ Stop the machine, disassemble parts, and adjust wires as necessary.
+ Ensure machines are up and running efficiently after maintenance.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in machine operation and assembly.
+ Experience in inspection and utilizing hand tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with mics and cals.
+ Knowledge of CNC machinery.
+ Familiarity with mills and lathes.

Work Environment
The work environment is a fabrication shop setting, which is part of the manufacturing industry. While the shop is not dirty, it is characteristic of a typical manufacturing environment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Florence, Kentucky.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
