Job Title: Machine Operator

We’re hiring a skilled and dependable Machine Operator to join our fast-paced production team. About the Role

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating bending and/or laser machines to produce high-quality parts. You’ll follow layouts and templates, inspect finished products, and ensure all components meet strict accuracy standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate bending and/or laser machines according to specificationsFollow layouts and templates to ensure accurate machine setupInspect bent parts using calipers, tape measures, protractors, and other toolsIdentify and correct parts that fall outside of toleranceComplete required documentation and perform first article inspectionsSafely operate hoists, cart caddies, and manual pallet jacksRequired Skills and QualificationsAt least six months of experience in metal tube bendingFamiliarity with bending equipment and troubleshooting techniquesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, process sheets, and measurement toolsStrong communication skills in English (spoken and written)Ability to work independently and efficiently in a team settingPhysical ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistentlyPreferred QualificationsStable work historyProblem-solving skills for equipment adjustments and maintenanceWhy You’ll Want to Work Here

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.25 - $23.25/hr.
