In this role, you will be responsible for sanding, grinding, assembling, and cutting restaurant furniture table tops, garbage vestibules, and booths. You will utilize hand and power tools, hand grinders, and measuring tools. Sit-down forklifts are used in the warehouse environment.
ResponsibilitiesOperate machinery to sand, grind, assemble, and cut furniture pieces.Utilize hand and power tools effectively and safely.Use hand grinders and measuring tools accurately.Operate sit-down forklifts within the warehouse setting.
Essential SkillsGeneral labor and machine operation experience.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Experience in assembly and general production.Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.Experience operating a press brake and laser machinery.
Additional Skills & Qualifications6 months to 1 year of forklift experience.1-2 years of recent experience in construction, millwork, or cabinetry.1-2 years of recent experience with hand and power tools.1-2 years of experience using measuring tools.Ability to stand for 10 hours in a manufacturing environment.

Work Environment
The work environment can be dusty in the millwork area, and employees are allowed to wear an issued respirator face cup. It can also be warm during summers. Employees work in collaborative cells, relying on each other. The working hours are from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with mandatory overtime on Friday and Saturday. The dress code includes jeans or shorts, a t-shirt, and steel-toed boots.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
