**Job Title: Machine Operator**
Job Summary:
The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures
+ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance
+ Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
+ Record production data and maintain accurate logs
+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role preferred
+ Ability to read and interpret technical documents and measurements
+ Basic mechanical skills and understanding of machine operations
+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to (X) lbs

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $56160.00/yr.
