**Job Title:** Machine Operator
**Location:** Rogers, Arkansas
**Shifts:** 3 PM – 11 PM or 11 PM – 7 AM
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to run CNC Carbide Presses such as Dorst, Hydra-Chief, and Teledyne. This role involves producing high-quality parts according to blueprint specifications and maintaining consistent production standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Set up and operate CNC Carbide Presses (Dorst, Hydra-Chief, Teledyne)
+ Perform computer-controlled setups and adjust CNC programs as needed
+ Load and unload inserts, gauge dimensions, and inspect visual characteristics
+ Select and weigh Tungsten powder for pressing into green parts
+ Separate scrap from good parts and accurately document production data in Mii
+ Maintain and resurface tooling used in machines
+ Operate additional equipment as required
+ Train new operators and troubleshoot moderate to complex issues
+ Conduct quality checks per inspection plans and verify powder, lot, and tooling
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
+ Experience in production and machine operation
+ Ability to operate CNC Carbide Presses and make program adjustments
+ Strong troubleshooting and quality control skills
**Work Environment:**
+ Controlled temperature and dust collection systems
+ Required PPE: safety glasses with side-shields, safety shoes, gloves

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.30 - $19.55/hr.
