Job Description
Join our team as a Machine Operator in an industrial manufacturing environment. You will perform assembly tasks using various hand tools, power tools, and small machinery. Working in a team setting, you will follow Standard Work Documentation, Manufacturing Instructions, and Quality Plans to ensure precision and quality in every product.
ResponsibilitiesPerform assembly tasks while seated, utilizing hand and power tools.Depending on experience, engage in electrical assembly and soldering.Test bearings by running them through thread rolls.Assemble actuators for products such as Bobcat and Mercury Marine.Handle products weighing 30 lbs or less during assembly.Essential SkillsExperience in assembly, manufacturing, or packaging.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Capability to inspect and assemble components.Familiarity with soldering, tape measure, and assembly line processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.Strong work ethic, reliability, and consistent attendance.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marengo, Illinois.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
