**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** Join our team as a Machine Operator, where you will assist in operating Flexo machines that fold, stack, and package corrugated boxes. You will be instrumental in feeding raw cardboard material into the machine, with responsibilities varying day-to-day. This role requires physical activity, including lifting 20-40 lbs consistently and operating in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities** + Assist in operating Flexo machines for packaging processes. + Feed raw cardboard material into machines. + Handle loading and unloading responsibilities. + Conduct machine setups and adjustments as needed. + Perform inspections and ensure quality control. + Be open to cross-training across different roles. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operating and production. + Proficiency in using a tape measure for material preparation. + Ability to perform setups and adjustments. + Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience. + Capability to lift 20-40 lbs consistently and stand for 8-10 hours. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in operating forklifts. + Familiarity with machine inspection processes. **Why Work Here?** We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and movement across different facilities. You will be working 2nd shift (Monday-Thursday, 3 PM-11 PM) or 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11 PM-7 AM), with consistent overtime opportunities. Safety and cleanliness are prioritized, ensuring a conducive environment for all employees. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
