**Machine Operator – Immediate Start** Pay: $20.50/hr – $22.50/hr (Based on Experience) Weekly Pay | Multiple Shifts Available **Position Overview:** We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our production team. This role is essential to ensuring our equipment runs smoothly and our products meet quality standards. If you're mechanically inclined and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** + Start up equipment and verify proper operation; report any issues promptly. + Safely replace Mesh and Teflon belts as needed. + Adjust machine settings to maintain correct product size and weight. + Perform product changeovers by verifying recipes, seasoning, weights, sizes, and settings per ERP system requirements. + Accurately complete production paperwork and maintain ERP system records. + Record waste and troubleshoot discrepancies to ensure accurate reporting. **Shifts Available:** + 1st Shift + 2nd Shift + 3rd Shift **Compensation:** + Hourly Rate:$20.50 – $22.50 (based on experience) + Weekly Pay **Qualifications:** + Previous machine operation experience preferred but not required. + Ability to follow safety protocols and work independently. + Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills. + Ready to start your next opportunity?
