We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our aerospace manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain machinery to meet production goals and quality standards while ensuring a safe and clean work environment.

ResponsibilitiesOperate forming, deburring, and heading machines to produce sleeves or other components.Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments.Perform basic machine upkeep including lubing, bluecoat, gritblast, sleeve washing, and packaging.Maintain a clean and organized workstation.Follow safety protocols including proper use of PPE and equipment handling.Essential SkillsMachine operation and production experienceAbility to read and write EnglishAbility to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, blueprints, and procedure manualsBasic math skills for problem-solvingFamiliarity with warehouse operations and part markingPreferred QualificationsExperience with bellcoat/thermal epoxy applicationHairless face for proper respirator fitMinimum 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent trainingProficiency with hand tools and measuring instrumentsKnowledge of shop practices and proceduresWork EnvironmentLarge aerospace machine shopSafety-focused culture with mandatory PPEHands-on training provided during onboarding

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
