Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, performing quality checks on finished products, and accurately recording production data in Excel spreadsheets.
ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and monitor machinery according to production specifications.Ensure machines are running efficiently and safely.Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues.Inspect products during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards.Document defects and report inconsistencies to the supervisor.Use measuring tools and visual inspection techniques to verify product specifications.Record production output, downtime, and quality metrics in Excel.Maintain accurate logs of machine performance and product quality.Generate daily and weekly reports as required.Follow all safety protocols and company policies.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Participate in safety training and contribute to a safe work environment.Essential SkillsMachine operationQuality inspectionPreventive maintenanceProficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detailCommitment to qualityAdditional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhy Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
